In this 45-60 minute consultation we will look at your current exercise, eating and lifestyle habits, assess your goals and time commitment, and implement a realistic plan of action moving forward. You will also receive any relative guides, recipes and other information within 72 hours of the consultation.
You can expect this consultation to cover and provide:
- Evaluation of your current activity levels.
- Sharing my exercise guidelines.
- Receive individual recommendations for cardiovascular and muscular strength.
- Create short term and long term goals.
- Discuss basic nutrition guidelines, portion control and emotional eating.
- Receive ideas on how to stay motivated.
- Discuss your barriers and how to overcome them.
- Learn how to create balance in your life.
